About VendorAuditly

Vendor risk management for companies that run lean.

Why it exists

Growing companies are squeezed from two sides. Customers send security reviews asking how they manage their own suppliers, and regulations push the same expectation down the supply chain. The answer has to be evidence: which vendors you rely on, what you checked, when, and what you did about it.

Most tools built for this are priced and designed for large security teams. So many companies keep a spreadsheet that grows until an audit or a customer review exposes the gaps: expired certificates, questionnaires never returned, contracts that renewed without anyone looking.

VendorAuditly replaces that spreadsheet. It reads vendor documents and pulls out expiry dates and risk flags, sends questionnaires sized to each vendor’s risk, chases the ones that don’t reply, and produces the evidence an auditor or customer asks for. It is self-serve and starts free.

Who it is for

Operations leaders and founders who were handed vendor risk on top of their real job, and need it done properly without it becoming their job.

Who builds it

VendorAuditly is built by Ashish M, its founder. You can follow the build on X at @_iamAshish. We are small, which means the person who reads your support email is the person who can fix the problem. Built with love in India and headquartered in Bengaluru.
