Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All charges are processed securely through Paddle.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the period ends.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@vendorauditly.io and we will review your case.

5. Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances. Contact support@vendorauditly.io to discuss your situation.
