1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, including name, email address, and payment information. We also collect usage data and vendor information you enter into the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve VendorAuditly, process payments, send product updates, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Dodo Payments (payment processing; we never see or store your card details), Resend and Brevo (email delivery), OpenAI (AI features: text from documents you submit to an AI feature is sent to OpenAI’s API to produce the result) and PostHog (product analytics). Each service processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. See our security page for what each one does.

5. Cookies

We use your browser’s storage to keep you signed in. We also use PostHog to understand how our website and product are used, such as which pages are visited and which features are used; PostHog sets a cookie and uses local storage to recognise a returning browser. We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with advertisers.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@vendorauditly.io.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
