2. Description of Service

VendorAuditly is a vendor risk management platform for SMBs. We provide AI-powered vendor assessments, questionnaires, and compliance tracking.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use VendorAuditly for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, or to transmit harmful or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VendorAuditly are owned by VendorAuditly.

7. Limitation of Liability

VendorAuditly is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
